$75 per applicant 18 years or older
What is the security deposit?

High Associates or Stonecreek Court
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Our pet fee is $300 per pet plus an additional $50/month for one pet or $75/month for two pets. Service and support animals that are medically necessary for the person to use and enjoy the apartment have pet fees waived.

Is there a washer and dryer in each home?
Yes! Each home at Stonecreek Court comes equipped with a washer & dryer.
RESIDENT QUESTIONS
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, you can create a resident account and set up one-time and recurring payments.
